Who is teaching?

I am the owner & head studio teacher at Free Spirit Studio. I am artist and educator with over 20 years art and design teaching experience. I have lived on Gabriola for close to 10 years. My husband and I have two boys and love being out in nature with them. I have a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Fashion Marketing, Bachelor of Design, and a Bachelor of Education (Visual Art). I have taught internationally and worked in a variety of arts education organizations in different capacities. I have worked with art and design students of all ages (preschool through adult) in a variety of settings from private to public, for profit and non-profit. I am passionate about the arts and the role visuals arts plays throughout our lives. I support creative placemaking that is inclusive and positive.
